The whole inside rooms and passages have been dressed neatly in this house, work is rounding up on the stairwell and a few other remaining places. Water has become an issue here as the dry season kicks in.

We have now bought more water as all Wells run dry around here, meanwhile dressing of edges and corners in progress here.

The gentlemen working this house deserves some bottles of non alcoholic Hennessy.

Intentionally, we left all bathrooms and kitchens with rough plastering to receive wall tiles

We return to this site today, our immediate mission is to mount a gate and close up this compound. The gate has already been constructed, brought to site and ready to be mounted, we also worked on the well, dug it more to get closer to water, works has already started this morning.

We have hit coal down in this well while digging for water, contact me if you need a full container of coal for export

Now, finishing a house is not as straightforward as building a house. Finishing a house will depend on a whole lot of dynamics, chief among them is one deciding character, a man popularly known as Mr. Choice

This man is the one that will either yank the cost of the finish up or down. If your choice is for high end, high quality fittings such as Italian tiles, Israeli security doors, original Nigerian cables and fancy fittings, top range toilet accessories and sanitary wares, wardrobes and cabinets. Then you have to budget high.

If on the other hand Mr. Choice decides that you go low, choice the basic items such as local doors, sliding aluminium windows, ordinary skill plastering, local paints made in the neighborhood, then you cost variation from the man above will be above 50% variation.

Bottom line, you have to sit down and choose you range and quality of finish items before asking for the cost of finish. Thank you.

This week, we return to this house to continue with the finish. We aim to start working on the baluster for both the front and back balconies, and the stair rails.

Another place we will commence works is in the plumbing pipes and fittings.
