@ iyabetajos and @ raptor2 and any other mama having high blood pressure in pregnancy. ..Please can you do this just for a week and see the fast result it will give you? DOn't PUT ANY GRAIN OF SALT in your food for JUST one week and your bp will come crashing down! It requires ALOT of discipline but it's worth the effort! Give it a try if you can.....

@ iyabetajos how are you feeling? If I may ask what drugs are you on because 2 weeks ago I went for ANC and my BP was checked its was 190/90. The nurse was like madam I can't tell you your reading. She did thrice and sent me to the gyne who asked to rest for 3hrs and checked again its was 170/80. I was placed on Aldomet and nifedipine twice daily and was asked to come back after two. I went after two days and its was 160/90. The Doc then increased the dosage to Aldomet 2 three times and nifedipine 1 two times. After two days its was checked and it came to 140/80. Since then I have been on the drugs and watching what I eat with my salt intake.
We shall carry to term teamie. .....

My able captain we did not go AWOL o. MS is still dealing with most of us. I'm 12 weeks+ 5 days and I still have some serious vomiting and fever. My head is pounding terribly here like its going to explode. I haven't even had the time to reply my mentions.

Thanks for calling me out ms is doing me strong thing (hyperperemesis gravidum), I've been in and out of the hospital but I'm stronger now and I have started eating too. I'm 12weeks +2 days today and I gv God all the glory. Congrats to all the mamas dat hv born.

1. Folic acid 5mg
2. Ferrous sulphate
3. Multivitamin tab
4. Vit B comple xx tab
5. Ascorbicc acid 100mg
6. Calcium lactate 300mg

And also the ultrasound report below:
Obstetric scan
Active singleton see with preserved cardiac rhythm in unstable lie posterior placenta with grade 0 maturity seen, adequate liquor noted.
Nil gross fetal anomaly seen
Cervix is preserved
EFW 130g
The internal OS is closed

And after the scan they gave me the result I should go no explanation oh that I should come back next month 17th is my next appointment hmm, hope it is well. Thanks for ur reply.

Liebherr! Liebherr! Liebherr!
I used it to sell frozen foods! Omo no single flash of light for good 3 days and my market still strong!
I bought generator to power it for almost 3 years now and I havent use it for up for 5 times.
I now use it at home and 1 week of 15minutes electricity daily, my food still dey kampe.

To think that I bought it for 55k, second hand. I have never repaired it. Or even filled gas sef.

Something that stored head of ram for 2 years grin

. And it was with force I pulled it out sef.
