I dont really know if he is trying to wicked me for not accepting his bid for forum posting. This guy found my keyword research gig and contacted me asking me to open about 5 forum accounts for him and start commenting on people's threads on each of those accounts. I accepted but i had to bill him $300 for that since i am going to making posts on the 5 forums. He asked me if i was kidding with the quote i gave to him, i said yes. Then he told me that he is not going to pay more than $5 for that simple job. Then i try to let him understand politely that i cannot do that stressful job for $5 and even for $20. I also told him that if he is not going to accept $70, then he should find someone else. Surprisingly, he placed an order of $5 and instead of requesting for forum posting, he requested for a different gig which is keywords related to weight loss. I did the research and gave him about 800 keywords related to weight loss. After delivery last night, he gave me a one star review this morning, just like that and my rating went down from 99%-96%, my gig that was on first page has disappeared from first page and it's even found in the searches. Please pals, i want to ask you guys if this negative review and rating will affect my sales. I am a level one seller with 25 positive reviews and this is the first time a buyer is giving me a negative review. Please pals, i need your advice. Thanks

You just have to move on. You've 2 options:
1. Buy reviews to move your ratings up, but I don't know how many reviews you need because Fiverr rating doesn't increase easily.
2. Move on with the 96% and work harder to satisfy your clients to get positive reviews
You may also be advised to beg him to remove the review, but I don't think they will affect your rating.
96% rating is not really that bad; you can use buyer's request to get more sales.
In case you have similar situation next time, don't work for anybody you have heated argument or disagreement with while negotiating, because some of them will only order your gig to hurt you. I rejected an offer of $150 last week due to similar situation as I considered the way the buyer was bluffing and complaining before ordering the gig.
