To charge the engineers with murder, the prosecutor has to prove, beyond all reasonable doubt, that the engineers planned well in advance to kill 116 people. Murder is the intentional killing of a human being with malice aforethought.

On the other involuntary manslaughter involves reckless conduct by the defendant which results in a loss of life. Meaning that the defendants' actions weren't premeditated, but were the result of their reckless professional conduct.

Looking at the facts of this case, the prosecution would more likely secure a conviction on the involuntary manslaughter charge, than murder.

Bros leave trash for lawma,don't give such explaination to blocked heads they will hardly understand it until they see T,B in jail which is not possible on this particular case.until I see all those transporters whos buses has killed many souls years back in jail.

Is it not the owner of the property T. B. Joshua who should be rightly prosecuted for man slaughter? Is general manager of the business that should be prosecuted for man slaughter? Bro... a pretty new building collapsed in Kenya... this week.... under 20 people have been reported killed so far. ... the owner is charged... the construction company managers are charged... the officials who approved the work have been sacked and calls are made for them to be also charged.....think negligent homicide. If the same is done here we wouldn't be having building collapse and resulting deaths to the point where it now normal. People cut corners because they know they can get away with it.

This country self. I sincerely believe those Engineers are not supposed to be given any bail, they were suppose to be attending court session from jail cos their offence is severe. Hundreds of lives were involved. Even T. B. Joshua should be remanded and prosecuted and if sentence to jail he should be jailed, no sentiment. I wonder why some people in this country are just too untouchable.

The rich get bail anyhow these days, cos they have enough money to buy judgement. But there is God. The same crime the Lekki builder committed and he was whisker away and remanded, T. B. Joshua's case is even worst because the number of casualties double that of Lekki and he never spend a day in custody. Silly country. No wonder Buhari said Nigerian judges are corrupt, and people criticised him and now I can see it.
