No cow in sight, not one, yet they say Fulani herdsmen caused it.

Then they said, sensing that they were about to be mobbed, they fled the scene! Let me guess, they fled leaving their cattle behind, or their cattle fled along with them.

Who spoke to them to confirm the they were "Fulanis"??

Most of these stories are flying around unchallenged be
because the Fulani herdsmen are neither on Nairaland, twitter, facebook, instagram and all the fvcking nine yards, to speak for themselves.

Imagine perhaps this was caused by some car trying to avoid collision with a goats, then they twist the story to "Fulani herdsmen caused accident blablabla".. And some people would swallow it head, limps and balls, because it bears their favourite sauce "Falani".

There is definitely something wrong somewhere over this Fulani stuffs whether people wanna admit it or not.

Again? Not all to be blamed on herdmen. Poverty, hunger, fuel scarcity and economic hardship imposed by the present administration is to be blamed.

Police officers attached to the Redemption Camp division were said to have removed the dead cows, and contacted Total to send another truck for fuel transfer.

The whole story is a poorly concocted nonsense. I don't believe an alphabet in it. Not a single dead person or dead cow.

Same people condemning the herdsmen over this obviously false report from a largely unknown source where the ones that insisted the story about Boko Haram killing herdsmen was false and just meant to induce public sympathy even when it came from a far more reliable source- a national daily.

Can't we all see the pattern here??

Most Nigerians and their penchant for reaping without sowing. Don't tell me it's poverty, this is pure greed; inordinate quest amongst most Nigerians to take without adding value. Why are you scooping spilled fuel that does not belong to you when you know that you can get burnt to ashes??
I was caught up in Accra morning traffic, a friend wanted to buy Wrigleys gum from a street hawker and he only had $1 bills, he grabbed one pack from the hawker's tray and handed him $1 instead of 1Cedi...($1=1.5cedis) . He couldn't find any change, then apologized and wanted to give us back our money in an exchange for his pack of gum. We asked him to keep the money..
It then struck me to run a social experiment in Lagos traffic. At first we gave street hawkers N1000 for a N150-200 item, none brought back any change, instead they would switch lanes to completely go out of our sight.
There is a Shylock mentality amongst most Nigerians; they think that almost everyone who seems well off must have stolen from the system, therefore, it's their turn to get a pound of flesh from the person.

This is junk journalism. There is NO evidence that this accident was caused by fulani men. These 13 fulani men ran leaving behind their cows or what? The villagers believe these 13 men, if there were any 13 men, are fulani men because?

Plane runs into stray cows in Port Harcourt • 196
passengers escape death

Wednesday, July 06, 2005 - Soni Daniel,Akin Olukunle and
Seto Olatuyi

An Air France aircraft with 196 passengers on board ran
into stray cows on the runway of the Port Harcourt
International Airport as it touched down on Wednesday
morning.

The Airbus 330 marked F-GZCF flew in from France.
There was no loss of life or injury.
Seven of the stray cows were however killed by the plane,
forcing the authorities to close the airport for about five
hours.

There was no word about the whereabouts of the herdsman.
It was gathered that it took officials of the Federal Airports
Authority of Nigeria about three hours to round up the
surviving cows and clear the runway of debris before flights
resumed at about 12 noon.

A spokesperson for Air France, Mrs. Moyo Areola, confirmed
to journalists that none of the passengers was wounded.
Areola said, “There were cows on the runway, but the
aircraft landed safely. The passengers have all
disembarked. We are probably not going to fly out today
until we are sure the plane is not damaged.

“It is a puzzle. We are trying to figure out how the animals
got to the place.”
The airline, in a statement made available to our
correspondent at about 8pm, said a mechanical team from
Paris was on its way to Port Harcourt to further certify the
safety of the aircraft.

“The statement read, “While landing at 04.30am local time
this morning (Wednesday) in Port Harcourt, our aircraft
carrying 196 passengers collided with some cattle that were
crossing the tarmac. No passenger or crew was injured.
“The aircraft taxied safely to the gate on time at 04.34am
local time. The aircraft is presently on ground for safety
reasons and will not be flown until all necessary safety
precautions have been taken.

It is a pity that we are not wise enough to see it, to start praying and preparing for it. The president will not do anything real until the herdsmen are all over Nigeria, by the time they reveal who they really are and what their plans are, it will be too late to run. You will be forced to take their offer or give your life for what you believe in. It won't be so long from now. Its a PROPHECY, but if you take it serious you can escape it.

By their fruit you shall know them! I know about you and ur ilk.. Loud as a bike and cant kill a fly in a fruit fight. Easily gullible, intellectualy lazy to process thoughts and make informed decisions. Always boisterous and braggadocious to think and see beyond their tribal and religious affinity .They're sophisticatedly ignorant; thinking that everyone who criticises their hero-Politrickian, is an enemy of the country. They're hard-wired not to admit that they're wrong even when facts disputing their position have made available to them.
They think that Naija can be saved by hero-worshipping; that a great country is built around individuals instead of great institutions.
Folks like you think that this a revenge mission- past govts did it therefore, their hero should do it threefold. Folks like us believe that we have made too many mistakes and there is a "fierce urgency of now" to fix things.
I could care less if ur hero is made a lifetime president cos I have nothing to lose cos my life doesn't depend on payout from Naija politrickians. All I care for is , for Naija to get it right I'm sorry to bring you the bad news that Naija isn't going to get it together with ur type of mindset. All those politrickianss have little or no faith in Naija- there is always a back up country for them- they either train their kids abroad or have investment abroad- some acquire dual citizenship. Keep wallowing in self deception that you are better off because somebody won and lost the election, I have been on this forum for about 10yrs, check my post before 2015 presidential elections.
