Personally, I think we need to spend less time sleeping, and more awake time doing productive this.
Here's a thought! Assuming, you sleep for 8 hours on a daily basis say only at night I.e 10pm to 6am, if your life span is 30 years, you would have slept for one third of your life 10 years. JustAThought

7 hours including siesta. 5 hours when I do not have siesta. Even on weekends this is my schedule, I do not sleep till mid morning or noon. Regardless of when I go to bed, I still wake up the same time (dawn) every morning

I sleep 4 hrs a day. I don't sleep at night coz am into quite a lot of projects. Sometimes I wish I could squeez out time from the rock nd sleep more, but hey !! lol

Some sleep for less than 4 hours a day. I think may be such people are aliens on a vacation from pluto or they are just normal people who simply do not plan their time well. To me, having a good amount of sleep (which ranges from about 5-7 hours) doesn't mean you are lazy. It only shows that you are sincere enough to know you are human and your body needs enough time to refresh itself so it can be alert and productive the next day. It's just a thought I feel like chipping in.

Normal should be 7-8hours but 4me I break the rule, only sleep maximum of 5hours especially when this govt took over power because of high exchange rate.

Very practical comment! The human body is not a 'machine', so to speak. Even machines are allowed to rest at intervals.

I don't think less sleep is something one should be proud of angry
