You can put any argument to defend yourself and still get your fund. But with description, I don't think the person can get his money back.

I know some people will say, they will perpare fake US ID card. That is the worse. Unlike Naija, Every US NIN is encoded in the internet.

But note, fiverr isn't using his gigs for advert. It's the cache in his pc that is responsible for that. Let me explain. If you add Facebook account you fiverr account and use one browser to access both accounts, fiverr will show your gigs to friends.

Just like someone already say, it will not affect you expect buyer complain but try and deliver asap so that fiverr would cancel it themselves.

Increase your delivery time. No go kill yourself because you want to make $$

The buyer obviously didn't like the work you did. But kind enough to leave his purchase unrated instead of giving you negative review. Or, he thinks he is under no obligation to give reviews. Just let him be. The order will be marked automatically 3days after delivery.

dont contact him aside fiverr, though dependind on the task he wants you to do, just use your instinct. The fact that others are doing it, does not mean it is right. for your information, buyers have no access to buyer request page, only sellers does. advertising there is waste of time and risky.

To submit modifications, go under the order section and you will see "deliver modifications" or so at the top.
I don't work outside of fiverr, so I don't know how safe it's to be receiving mails. However, I know receiving email ID or any other contact from buyers is against Fiverr rules, and it can get you banned.
As for buyer's request, it's meant for buyers to post their request as the name suggests, not for sellers to advertise. Take the warning and desist from using it.

You don't have "passion in writing ", you can only have passion FOR writing.
Your gig titles also are filled with errors; you'll hardly get orders with those gigs.
Proofread the headline, description, tags and gigs, and your profile will look good, bro.

Why will u give what you don't have... Are u German... You sabi come not to talk of go for German. Two things u can do (1) cancel the order or 2) go to education section, I'm sure you will see those that are willing to translate and I'm sure it's not for free. After that, you better take down that translation gig, or be ready to collect bad reviews.
