The construction of Ubulu Primary School, Ubulu, -- Uku, Aniocha South Local Government Area. The project, which about 80% completed, is among the numerous primary schools being rehabilitated by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa across Delta State.

Let him build school with storey buildings just like how it done in Lagos...Cheap projects

The guy no dey try all... Delta state is yet to see any development despite the huge federal allocation. Salaries are yet to be paid.

If Osun State can build upstairs standard schools with facilities students need in class, I challenge Okowa to do more better than this. I'm not condemning this project rather agitate for standard one.
