Am not giving excuse dear now talking about deficit, how many percent deficit do we ran last year compared to this year ? Even now that we borrowed excessively based on the low oil benchmark are you insinuating we are not running our budget on deficit ?

Let's just support the government to successfully implement the budget and I bet we won't be concerned about the money we are borrowing. as I said before this particular budget shows good intentions for the country as an improvement on previous budgets.
