we are seeing figures not doubling, not tripling, not quadrupling but like 20 times the 2015 figures. if we are to make sense of what you wrote, then Buhari's budget would have been like 4 trillion × 20. even at a lower oil benchmark, it is bringing out bigger figures. Buhari deserve some credit abeg.
