yes for your information the budget in 2015 also had a deficit that we borrowed to fund. What's your next excuse?
Am not giving excuse dear now talking about deficit, how many percent deficit do we ran last year compared to this year ? Even now that we borrowed excessively based on the low oil benchmark are you insinuating we are not running our budget on deficit ? smiley

Shame no dey catch you? The bench mark of oil in 2015 was $52 pb while in 2016 it's $38 pb. Do the maths.

Let's just support the government to successfully implement the budget and I bet we won't be concerned about the money we are borrowing. as I said before this particular budget shows good intentions for the country as an improvement on previous budgets.

If with $38dpb APC budgeted 6trl., then With $52dpb PDP could have budgeted 10trl.
