One would have thought by now anything like Negotiation should have been concluded.They have hv all the time during the budget passage to do all necessary preparations. by now, FG should be thinking of mobilizing nominated contractor on the project.

Therefore, Fashola should quietly continue the implementation of the two contracts and not trouble our ear drums as if they've done something we've never seen on the two projects.

oil will always be relevant for vehicular movt as well as power generation.we need at least 100GW to get to where we should be.how much hydro potential does the whole river niger and benue have

Lagos and ondo are now producing oil so their is going to be enough gas to fuel the plants
I don't trust the north or those region called south south/east part of Nigeria

The Niger Delta Avengers on Angels of Doom should please keep bombing the Gas pipeline.

It will increase the pace of development of other source of power. North gets its power from Shiroro and Kainji Dams. They will soon add mambila dam to it.

SW is getting its power from Kainji and Egbin. Egbin can run on both coal and gas.

Who will the gas pipeline affect MOST? Your guess is as good as mine

Building of power plants isn't child's play.

It takes time, resources and commitment. The Three Gorges Dam in China took 15 years and 25 billion pounds to build to completion.

That power plant is over 22,000 megawatts.

if 3000mw would take Nigeria 5 years to build.. then it would take Nigeria over 35 years to build a 22,000mw power plant.
