Cross-River does'nt produce much oil, they even lost some oil wells to Akwa-Ibom recently.

Cross river and akwa ibom are going to be first investment destinations in the niger delta few years from now.
Let the likes of rivers, bayelsa and delta continue to turn their zones into war theatre.
