As far as i can tell, and i will also like to base this on assumption, so do not be discouraged by it!

Screening at this stage maybe based on the Personality/Official Signature on the Letter of Attestation of Local Government Area and the Letter of Attestation of Good Character. So, people who had their attestation letters signed by High Ranking Military Officers comes first. This is due to the security issues faced by the country where you have a trained military personnel going AWOL. A lot of such officers have been discovered among terror groups in Nigeria. So having a high Ranking Officer in the Armed Forces from same Local Government attest to your good character and also sign your Letters would put you in a better position of getting selected than those signed by Civilians especially Local Government Chairman and their likes.

With the level of insurgency arising all over the country, the armed forces cannot be blamed for this. So, if you have been applying and you haven't been successful, its because such precaution has been taken against your documentation and not the way you have concluded it to be. Thanks!

I applied, Lagos center, i missed my day on Wednesday because i had to make sure my details are properly inline, am a product of Airforce Secondary School, Ikeja and i will be checking in May 10th (Tuesday) to queue up with Absentees from various states for my screening. God help us all.

The 3.2 is the kilometers those who pass the medical test with a clean slate will get to run. By serious preparations I mean ensuring you are medically sound before heading to KD, refresh your memory coz there will be an exam there. If at all u read it, didnt u see where it was clearly written that applicants must be between 22 & 35 yrs? Did it mention any specific discpline? No, not at all. However, Medical consultants who are above 35 yrs but not more than 40 yrs may be considered just as the Army is doing. So stop misleading people with the false and baseless information u got from the cocroach hiding at the back of ur cupboard.

My Oga, I do not mean this on going exercise now, what is going on rightnow is just to make sure people who are shortlisted for Kaduna are persons with the specified qualifications which was strictly stated in the application guidelines.

whatever happens next after this stage depends on so many other factors, i drop that message not to discourage anyone but rather encourage those who are still sourcing where to sign their form to look further instead of just relying on the options provided. I got an inside tip and decide to share, was that a bad thing to do??

If it was, i already apologized severally, but why this particular dude has refused to understand and even went as far as insulting me as if he knew me in person is what i really don't get! Now i know it was bad of me to share.

I also knew people whose forms where signed by their local chairman and still made it. Having your form signed doesn't guarantee your medical fitness report and a whole lot of other factors but if it ever comes to that point where everybody seem to fit in, you know what next........ So much depends on God but we need to work to earn it. Do your best and let God decide who gets there.

. My brother I can assure you with everything I hold dear, no medical consultant/specialist will be willing to go sitdown on a field under scorching sun, be whipped and humiliated, just to get enrolled with the military, how much them want pay am? Its impossible

I guess this year's own is so different from past years as regards the sellection process. I pray d process shall be transparent. Guys,prepare for 3.2km per 18mins

mine was also in ilorin. My degree is B.tech Chemistry with Polymer science. How were u able to know wat d military gave as remark on his laptop.

d babe wearing pink sitting beside the airforce personnel gave me d info.. the system has been program to automatically screen out any thing DAT does not match with d system... in terms of height below the required... course of study etc bt as I always say na God fit help cause na person lke us design d program.....

@mufaza if its computer been programed its better dan d manual dey were using in enugu to screen applicants...

bross no idea abt biochm and industrial bt if we are to go by d job requirement it says Bsc in chemistry.. bt anithing cn happen sha....may God help us..
