1 either cross country, abc or you can equally go to mile. 2 you need to have an ID if you don't have a passport. 3 change your money to US dollar. 4 if you leave Lagos at 6 you may probably get to Accra by 4 to 5pm. 6 you can get a hotel from 7k upwd. 8 Interesting beach to visit is Labadi beach. 9 Lots of Nigerians in Accra so don't be surprise. 10. Efex is also an option. With any of the aforementioned, you will need about 22k for transport fare with ID card. With the latter, you will need about 15k - 17k. You will also be required to pay #500 for yellow card. Hotels, normally are cheap in Accra. But with Naira's debacle, it is now on the high side. Budget 5k-70k for hotel room per night (depending on your taste). Important - Bring as many raw cash as you can for exhange at Ghana's Bureau de change offices or at the border. Don't rely on your Atm except you have enough money (Banks offers expensive exchange rate with ATM withdrawal). Peace |
