How can 6 protesters lock out The Benin Electricity distribution company(BEDC)?

It's either BEDC staff are tired of working or they've not been paid for a very long time.

electricity tariff is now x3, these people don't even read meter,for the past 10 I have never seen a phcn staff come to read meter,all they do is bring estimated bills, our land made payment for prepaid meter when it just came out,till date no meter ,no refund,so many things are just wrong in this country

I stay in Benin.. The light supply is so bad that one begins to wonder what he is actually paying for.. It's 3hours on and 12hours off.. Seriously, how do one enjoy such?

Do we now see that GEJ and his economic team saw 2016 from 2012? This means we now making a move we should have made 5yrs ago.
If the APC-led government is truthful as they and their supporters claim why, then did they tell us during 2015 campaign for presidency that fuel subsidy was a scam? Who is fooling who? I pity Nigeria because she has fallen into the hands of those who sponsored the "occupy Nigeria" protest against GEJ-led administration when the removal of fuel subsidy was first propounded.

Tariffs are increased by NERC. We should also lock down NERC offices. Lock down Federal Ministry of power.
There is no gas supply to the power generating stations, how will the discos have what to distribute?
I just tire.
