Seriously OP,the case never even start.All the prosecution witness are yet to present their testimonies,the defense have not even begain its case,the prosecution will also cross-examine the defense witnesses.If the trial is concluded by December this year,then it would have been very fast

yea.Saraki also has the option of appealing up to the supreme court.His fate would actually be decided by the supreme court and not even the CCT
