Stackoverflow is a QA site and that's its sole purpose. It rewards users for asking or answering questions, which in turn encourages users to participate, and that sometimes translates into job offers as recruiters often reach out to developers with top scores in specific languages via the their careers page. If you really need answers to your questions then use the platform that's created primarily for that. Plus, it's global, so you have a bigger talent pool from all over the world ready to answer your question for a reward and reputation. I'm not sure Nairaland matches this on any level, so one might as well go to SO.
