I was in the bank some few days ago for some transactions and hell the queue was long and thick, it happened that i was standing behind this lady with a particular kind of braids named after this popular reggea star...and ol' boy the kind of stench oozing out from there was just unbearable, i turned my head left..no,turned right..no way, not even the serene and chilled atmostphere could help me.
When it became unbearable i was forced to bring out my handkerchief and stylishly cover my nose. I heard some suppresed laughter from a guy who took notice and the lady became embarrased. it was not my intention to embarrass her as i have to save my life.
I know most ladies dont wash their hair, but what stops them from using treatments like hair mousse or sheen and whatever needed to be applied to keep the foul odour out is what i dnt know.
Or if the hair got wet by mistake and the odour will be noticeable, what prevents such people from using caps or scarfs to cover their hair?
Any advice for such type of ladies here will be much educational healthwise, as this is a serious breach of public health.

Lol I feel your pain op, I've actually been in such situation before. I invited some friends over for a program back then in school so after the whole thing we all went back to my crib to pass the night. We allowed the lady amongst us use the bed while we stayed on the couch and the floor.
Fast forward to the next day after they had all left I cleaned my room but noticed there was this foul smell coming from the pillows. I changed the covers but it still lingered. The stench could make u throw up if u place ur face on the pillow. I soaked the pillows in hot water and washed them but alas the smell no gree comot.
That was how I had to buy new pillows all because I wan form gentleman. From that day I seriously avoided that girl and her smelly weavon.

There is nothing stopping ladies from washing their braids if they must carry it for two week.

Ladies and their smelly hairs, yet many of them will be forming like other people's skin would infect them on contact. It's really a great turn off for me, honestly. Imagine trying to cuddle a chick and almost choking because you're holding your breathe from the stench from her hair? One minute you don come for your own safety.

No one wears a weave for months without out washing. At best 3weeks then the wash and change the weave

Because i see trouble ahead for nigeria. When a leader allows some people to cause mayhem, especially when those who are doing it ar his friends, or relatives, then Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, might be unfolding in our very eyes.

I encourage you to read a little bit of internation and African history. The Balkan States in Europe, Somalia, Sudan, Rwanda, Burundi, these are all a few examples.
