Yes you can do everything there, i even did mine by myself. It is not too late

You are not to upload much documents, I cant remember much but if i remember well enough, you are to upload only your passport

The form is 12,050. That is the only cost for now. I did mine with my laptop, so did not pay any other money apart from printing but if you are going to meet the cyber cafe guys to do it for you, they will of course charge you for it but i dont know how much

ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONSAdmission into some programmes shall be through entrance examination to be conducted on 00th of XXXXXXX,2015 by 9 am at ugbowo campus.However, there will be no Entrance Examinations for some programmes. Admission into such programmes will be based on the general requirements approved by the Senate.
