I grad from Uniben. A normal 2 bedroom flat around town could cost 80-120k per annum, but good good self-contained hostels could go for 90-120k per annum per room and imagine for 20rooms.

If you have the time, I'll propose importing stuff from the US. Since you have trusted friends and family members... Dollar exchange is very high now and its affecting local importers. That won't be problem for you since you are based there. Approach a company, apply to be their main distributor in sub-saharan Africa. Register the company in Nigeria and get certified. The goods can be: furniture (high end), Wines(alc. and non alc.), Medical equipments (if you have the needed paperwork), etc. Trust me its the bomb. I don't have business plan though.
