Cause trouble. It works for me.

- Pour some salt in your neighbour's vent
- Pour some pepper on your neighbour's clothe outside
- Use graffiti on our neighbours car
- Knock on your neighbour's door and run away
- Insult your neighbour wife. Call her a B!tch in front of your neighbour. Let him get angry then you kick his balls and run to your apartment
- Prank your neighhour by telling them to come to your house. Lock them inside and stay in their apartment and enjoy
- Play music they don't understand.
- Park your car near their gate and obstruct their way
- Kiss your neighbour's wife in front of your neighhour.
- Destroy your neighbour's flowers and drop the dead flower at their door
- Masturbate on their car
- If they are atheist, preach to them. If they are Muslim say Jesus love them if they are Christian say Allah A'kbar loud every morning.
- Run round your house
- Poke a dog and run away let the dog chase. Enjoy the adrenalin rush
- Go to a market square and dance unclad

After doing the above check yourself into a mental hospital.

I always blame someone else and after 6 weeks of doing the wrong things I check myself in mental hospital for checkup and when the doctor says I'm ok, I go home and start again after 8 weeks.
