People are just saying alot about edo and ashawo, i grew up hating all that talk. But one thing i noticed is that these girls are so real and blunt. The most sincere at being wayward. Unlike many other hypocrites who do it in the dark. If God changes them that zeal can be an asset.

You're very funny. Just because Edo actors and actresses act in Igbo and Yoruba films doesn't mean that they're completely assimilating into those cultures. For example, Mercy Aigbe still acknowledges that she's a Benin girl, as shown by the film Osas. Also, Charles Inojie and other Edo actors know where they come from as well, in fact they do all they can to mentor Edo actors and make the Edo film industry grow. There's this Esan-English film titled Elomo and it features a couple Igbo actresses, should I sit there and say that those Igbo actresses are repping Esan culture? If anything, you should actually be grateful that they embrace your damn culture and language. What it shows is that Edo people are tolerant and open to embracing other cultures.

Well said. Sam loco spoke alot of languages fluently, I remember an occasion at Oba Akenzua cultural centre, the man marvelled guest with his command of several languages. Moreso he was very down to earth and didnt care much about celebrity status, I ran into him a number of times in Benin moving around like an average joe.

Nollywood is igbo centric, so naturally actors play along regardless of their tribes.

Now you want to get me upset but I won't, one thing is for sure there is nothing special about your tribe. It's normal for most Nigerians to speak other languages and there is no big deal in that.
