That's what I use for ankara. It also depends on the grade/quality of the ankara. If its lower than hi ttarget then you need to handwash them. Justt add a lil salt so the colours don't run.

I use canoe detergent for ankara but most time I handwash my natives.

I tried staying off here.. Just few hours I find myself back here. Thanks for your prayers..To think that I only went to the hospital to get antimalarial o because I already said I'll wait two weeks before any scan again. My eyes are swollen from tears. I have serious headache too. I pity DH. He's been supportive all these years..after almost 8yrs and age factor plus family pressure I just feel like letting him go and enjoy his life.

I don't think any of the 2 is associated with ur pregnancy and don't think u shld worry too much abt it but den that's my opinion. I also have d aching feet when I wake up in the morning and I usually associate it with stress from d previous day(either by walking too much or standing for long).

As per d bleeding gum, dunno.

Pele, it's normal and part of the package.

For d leg ache, soak ur feet in warm salt water. It helps. I experienced it with my last baby

For the bleeding gum, brush gently. You av a lot of blood flowing tru and ur vessels are expanding thus the bleeding.

Also try to raise ur legs wen sitting. Drink a lot of water to reduce swelling.

had bleeding gum from my 2nd trimester till I gave birth but it stopped after delivery. Didn't really have any remedy for it.
