Neat work space but you can still do more to improve your Occupational Health Safety and Environmental standards by moving your chair off the wall so that you can benefit from ergonomic standards i.e the chair needs to rotate freely (if its designed to rotate) that wall would obstruct the rotation of that chair which will contribute to back and upper body pains ( Work Related Upper Limb Disorders).

oh no! You should have been in lagos.
I rectify 220vac to 24vdc to power a relay for an automatic change over. Im into electrical and solar power installation in lagos island. I can build circuits but i cant design the circuit diagram my self. I can also build a circuit that charges phones from a 12v solar panel (as small as a palm) by using a voltage regulator like 7805. Im just trying to improve. Do you work on microcontroller circuits?

Neat work station but you can still improve on your Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Standards by implementing good ergonomic standards firstly change the printer/photocopier position so that you can exercise whilst working as you will have to get up from your seat and walk down to photocopy or get your prints.

Get your seat off the wall and get a seat that is built to ergonomic standards that is seats that can be adjustable, rotates, comfortable arm rest etc.

Neatly organized and well arranged work station. But i can't seem to see a fire extinguisher and first aid box around. You can improve on your Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Standards by putting fire extinguishers and first aid boxes close and in an accessible location.

Yes you are enjoying but I hope you don't have sharwama and coke and then seat all day on your seat at work and then go home to continue your sedentary life style. You can improve on your Occupational Health and Safety by watching your diet, taking your breaks and exercising. This will reduce your chances of diabetes, obesity, hypertension, cancer, work related upper limb disorder and will improve productivity, efficiency and reduce stress.

thanks for the compliment, keeping the Lab clean is a collective effort by all ...management sometimes compensate the most cleanliness dept.. lol

meanwhile, I've taken pics showing fire extinguishers strategically located all over ....My lab is one of the best I've seen even ExxonMobil dey respect the best part is the one that deploys from the ceiling during fire outbreak.

Dont have a lot of space......

If that is your work station then I think you should improve on your Occupational Safety Health and Environmental Standards by implementing ergonomic standards such as clearing underneath the table so that your legs can have enough space for relaxation and smooth blood flow in the leg region. Really you are stressed if you truly work there for 8 hrs 5/6 days a week.

Also consider getting a chair that is designed to ergonomic standards this will reduce your stress level and burst your productivity and efficiency.

If you work on the computer for long ensure your computer has a screen to shield your eyes from rays or you can buy transparent glasses.
