ur doctor is right, u can eat anything, except acohol and smoking and also reduce the intake of meat,red oil or anything with high level ofvprotein also beans... or do u still take alcohol?

he told me to eat oil too and meat.he said anything except alcohol,cigarette and self medication. I've stopped taking oil and i feel better now.I'll be going to see him with my results tomorrow(Thursday )

good u are on livolin... ensure u take it religiously and u wont evn know wether u have hep b..

livolin is a good drug for it...
the test is expensive, it was around 45k in a private hospital in benin...

as regards oil, u can still cook with oil, but virgin oil, i.e those ones they normally call anoiting oil, because is pure, it has no side effect... but if it is red oil, use little quantity...

4weeks is quite a long time...
u can get livolin in any pharmacy, i am sure livolin is going to be among the drugs the doc. will recommend for your cousin. your cousin should form the habit of drinking plenty water.
