Commissioner of Justice is not junior to "any" Commissioner by any standard...In the Executive chamber, After the Governor, Deputy Governor, next in Line of hierarchy is the Commissioner of Justice/Attorney General....

I am interested in hearing Osibanjos speach at the commision in bearing in mind that he said Jonathan did not build any new roads. Isn't it interesting that he now sees commisioning an old road that was rebuilt/refurbished as a huge accomplishment worthy of the President or vice.

The only thing that delayed the road was that residents took the government to court, since the expansion was going to hit into their property, and government based on overriding public interest needed to demolish part of their properties. Even when people clamoured that the continue, Fashola pointed out that they were hampered by an extant court injunction.......
2. If this were somewhere else, you'll have been hearing stuffs like Governor XYZ overwhelming XX state with projects. Ambode have built/rehabilitated 600km of roads. This is just one of it.

The governor, in defence, at­tributed the delay to some unre­solved legal issues with some af­fected landowners. He reminded residents that his administration embarked on the project with­out any pressure from anyone or group but ran into difficulties as people did not want to give up their property for the required road expansion.

According to him, "they want­ed a road but nobody wanted it to pass through his house. So who is going to sacrifice for the public? There were court cases, but even the almost four kilometres has been completed.
