The Court of Appeal in Abuja has ruled that the immediate past National Spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Olisa Metuh, has a case to answer.

Earlier on Wednesday, a Federal High Court in Abuja rejected an application by Metuh for the release of his passport to enable him travel to the United Kingdom for treatment.

Details later…

In just one day, 2 crushing judgments!!! He should proceed to SC quick (get bounced surely) and return to face the consequences of his actions squarely..

Metuh is just embarrassing his lineage upandan, all efforts to stall processing failed, don't know why "refund" is alien to some to people...

P.s, if he is entertaining thoughts of arranging an awkward fall in the courts premises, he will still get the Hosni Mubarak treatment.. cool

In fact, I think all politicians should not travel abroad for medicals. It will force them to build good hospitals here.
