By now, anyone interested in cattle rearing should have their own Ranch. Fayose has every right to propose banning herdsmen from roaming his state with their cattle. The law don't have to be passed from the FG. Besides in the North, they practice sharia law and it's not a national thingy. I rest my case!

I humbly submit that the Constitutional Rights to Liberty, Freedom of Movement and Association as enshrined in the Constitution of this great nation are Human Rights created for the enjoyment of Persons and Citizens of Nigeria alone.
