but a friend told me again that my B.Sc degree
too must be assessed in order not to be denied a PR visa in future. Please, is it a must I get the B.Sc assessed to avoid rejection in the future? Or my M.Sc degree is enough since its my highest qualification.

and the job experience.. I have noc required jobs in a and o category.. however it falls under entertainment(modeling/acting) / fitness.. totally different from what I studied..how do I handle the work experience since its not a company..

The speaking test is held at Check Inn Hotel in Bodija while the LRW is held @ Marve 21 on Ring Road. The two locations are in 2 different parts of the city. I think you should book hotel around Ring Road to reduce the stress for your LRW. My thoughts though.

If you've read earlier post then you'd have seen that the question has been thrashed & treated- especially iphie25's posts.
IQAS evaluates as FPD and you don't need Law School Transcript just ur LLB.

The India embassy in Lagos refused to give us, stating that they only issue to Indians here in Nigeria. They refused to respond to our mails or give a written letter to this effect.

To your last question, forward only your highest degree.
Copy of your statement of results can fly.
Only your school/official transcript will be acknowledged, though,in most cases you will have to process it yourself.

I empathize with you given the stress you've been through. Even Indians find it very difficult to get. Well, CIC requests PCC for countries you've resided for six months and where you're unable to, you must provide evidence the you've made best efforts in getting it. So I advise you document every attempts you have made in getting PCC and attach a well written letter of explanation.

Good morning All. I have been following this thread silently and I really appreciate the wealth of information loaded in here....well done guys. I will like some clarifications and advise please....
I was wondering who is in the best position between myself and my husband to be the lead applicant for the express entry application. My husband is a medical doctor with a masters degree. I am a lawyer also with a masters degree but I am not practising law. I work in project management (2years now) I practised law for about a year but I have also worked in customer service and administrative capacity. In total I have about 7years of work experience. Hubby has been working as a doctor for about 7-8years now but he is currently undergoing a residency training programme. I thought it should be the lead applicant since he has had a more consistent work experience...any advise on this will be welcomed please.

On the flip side I am thinking it might take longer for us to have the profile ready considering the length of time the foreign medical assessment body takes to assess foreign qualifications....would his masters degree suffice? His area of specialisation for the masters programme is not restricted to medicine as other graduates from biomedical sciences were his classmates so would assessing his masters degree only reduce our points in anyway? Also can anyone advise on time scales of the whole process if my husband is the lead applicant? Doctors in the house please advise.

Also I will like to speak to lawyers in the house who have information about legal practise in Canada...I taya for not having a stable professional line....I will like to know how legal practise is in Canada for international graduates or if I should focus on something else. I have submitted my WES application before I came across IQAS on this forum...Been waiting to hear from them for about 2months now. They have received my masters degree but for the first degree it says they have received documents but awaiting verification - WES has requested further verification from the issuing institution and is waiting for their response. Please allow time for your institution to respond. WES will proceed with your evaluation as soon as we hear from your institution. Can anyone please advise on what I can do at this stage? This has been the status for about a month now, should I contact my school or just tell WES to go ahead and verify my masters degree only?
