For sometimes now we have been busy on site with this relatively not common building materials. Bricks is not new the country industry yet interlocking bonding with tong and groove edge is somewhat new. the idea of no mortal joint, no plaster, no paint may be a new sensation yet without its own side technical and strategic pitfalls. let me stop to allow you feed your eyes. I will continue to upload the picture as we proceed onsite God's willing until the commission stage. stay tuned. the site is situate and lying @ Ibadan.

I think there isnt anything so special about the machine. the whole idea is to generate vibration to compress the mixture of late rite and little cement.

Thanks for uploading more pix, I also have a cervica ram press for the production of a laterite brick I.e clay mixed with cement but the machine is manually operated and want to convert to an electtrical compressing machine.

starting another in same city of Ibadan. But this time with conventional hollow core blocks. comparison shall be drawn in terms of cost, time and technicalities.

Wetin be mortal instead of mortar? Sometimes I get pissed-off reading stories on this platform!

There are newer better cheaper technologies now....

itz never new... even my grandfather then build his mansion with bricks.

but to think of it, i could rememba how many times d brick walls use to fall then. i dont actually no the cause but i beliv that itz strength of material cant be compare with the block we use this days...

No need wasting the hard eco money on bricks building fulstop.......
