So according to Infinix Mobilty, they are about to release a smartwatch they call XBand. Information I read on their site http://bbs.infinixmobility.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=31181 mentioned some of the specs.

Standby Time: 150 Hrs

Ultra thin screen with smart touch
Wireless syncing
Vibrations, reminders, timer, water resistance,
Battery life: 100mAh

Infinix will be one of the first mobile company to launch a smart watch, but definitely not the first!!!. Am anxiously waiting to see the device. What do think about the Xband?
