I could say the same "a typical Christian does not care what his fellow brother in faith does even if it's wrong" how can you generalise like that ? Personally , I would call anyone out on their attitude Muslim or not why can't we all be tolerant and continue praying for peace you have that "conquer and divide" mentality and it's not healthy just my opinion.

Christians from the south west and perhaps south east and south-south have quite different ways of thinking as enviroment have created a blind scarf over our their eyes, so when a northern christian speaks about things of this nature just like I am doing you then see us as religion fanatics.
We are in grief wishing our brethren in the south could open their eyes and see the truth, the truth can't get any less bitter. If the christian elders are doing this just to paint buhari black I don't know, but as for the content of their alligations and from experience from my environment( the north) I would dare the devil that it is coming just like the apocalypse it might not be now but it will surely come.

Liar! Churches have elders. If you have Bible on your phone or Laptop. Google 'Elders' and you will see many. In fact, read the Book of James and you will see one of the roles of the elders of the church there. You must be a very nominal christian!

I told people on here that Nigerian Christians are a very hypocritical and divisive group ; they got upset.

Personally, I feel most Nigerian Christians dont even understand the religion they profess to follow.

Islamizing Nigeria is almost impossible, if he wanted to do that, he wouldn't allow a pastor to be his running mate.
choosing a pastor as running mate was a very well calculated idea to (1) convince Christians that apc was not an Islamic political party as it appears to be. (2) to garner interests, support & eventually massive votes from the RCCG members as 1 of the largest ministries & other ministerial products of the RCCG. (3) an intelligently calculated subtle move to dampen, if not complete severance of the existing father - son relationship between Pastor E. A. Adeboye & Pres. G.E.J & possibly weaken the strength of ties among P.F.N, C.A.N & other related Christian bodies, hence the sudden betrayal & abandonment of a more active, stronger & louder Pastor Tunde Bakare to a far more weaker & unpopular Pastor Yemi Osinbajo for easier caging should apc win, which happened to be the present case, & much more reasons that were not known then.

Gosh... Can you just hear yourself speak, for real, so Christians now support Buhari without logical thinking? Na wa oo. What is shariah doing in our constitution in the first place? Not to talk of having it amended to broading it's scope, did you even read the article at all? By the way, labelling people as elders is subject to various criteria from people in the faith, with a resounding YES the bible talks about Christian elders and it has it's own criteria to have them as elders. See: Acts 11:30, Acts 14:23.. Infact read the whole of Acts to the book of Timothy, Titus, Hebrew, James, Peter and see that you really do not and cannot speak on behalf of Christians like one because you do not know alot.

You just made is clear that you're a Christian in the religious grouping and not in practice or knowledge. None of what you think is truly so. They're right because if you study islam itself it do not dispute the fact that to achieve it's aim they subtly go at various means to achieve, it's not until they pronounce it loud before it's to be noted, by the way this is just for you to know and am not saying he's trying to islamize Nigeria for a fact.
