When you make allegations you must be able to provide evidence. There's no way I can deny an obvious evidence. To know someone modified an original comment after it hits FP, another person must have quoted the previous unmodified one. So, reproduce any or you have to be careful how you flex your lepromatous thumbs next time.

(1) THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A SAD EVENT AND QUICKLY SAY A PRAYER : you always see these type of people on any thread about accident or death or even divorce, before you know it, they become prophets and prophetesses . They say things like " may this never be our portion " " may God protect us and our families" etc, and end it with...... Hit like if you believe

(2) BIRTHDAYS : whether it's their birthday or not we can't know for sure. But you see them saying, nairalanders its my birthday today , please show me some love with 10,000 likes. Nairalanders , i will be plus 1 today, show a brother some love...... As if we manufacture likes here on nairaland

(3) INSULTS AND TRADE ABUSES : yes, this is another style people use to get likes. They go around all the threads waiting for who to insult and devour with abuses. No matter the comments they see, good or bad, they make sure they insult ,yab someone and blow alot of grammer. And funny enough, they attract so many likes.

(4) OUTRIGHT BEGGING : These set of people cant take it anymore. They probably checked their profile which was created since 2008 and discover their total likes is about 21. So they go on threads and start begging for likes......you hear them sound like this. " please appreciate me with 100likes" " am so sad today, 1000likes will make me happy"..........na wa o

(5) THE CLICK LIKE OR CLICK SHARE METHOD : i must give it to this set of guys. They are smart. They look for important meaningful threads and they make comments that leaves you with no choice than to choose an option. You see comments like. " click like if you believe Buhari is dullard, click share if he is working" "click like if you think fayose is a hero, share if he is not "

(6) THROUGH TRIBALISM/RACISM: They don't hide hide their hatred for other tribes. They take advantage of the fact that we are not united as one in this country. So they make very tribal comments to the extent of degrading and insulting other tribes. Funny enough, they get lots of likes from their fellow tribalists


(7) POST FUNNY PHOTOS: it's that easy. Just post a funny picture that is in line with the discussions on the thread. You don't need to say a word. The photo will the trick . You can get as much likes as possible.

( 8 ) CRACK FUNNY JOKES........... people love to laugh and appreciate funny comments. Just give them something to laugh at, especially now that the country is going through hard times and they ll reward you with a lot of likes
