The NYSC is a Directorate established by an Act or Law.The modus operandi of the NYSC is governed by an Act.Unless the law establishing it is repealed or Amended by the Legislators,NYSC stands as a Directorate.
If I may quickly add Provisions have beeen made fr the NYSC in this years budget.
Let's all discard this rumour flying around.The news is not only wicked but also tasteless.
Let's continue to pray to God to intervene in this matter and I know in the fullness of time we shall be mobilised.

I KNOW THE INFO IS FALSE..
But hey, we are in a dispensation where the rule of law and due process is in the hands of one man. If Buhari says NYSC should be scrapped with immediate effect, it will be scrapped: all those Act and Modus Operandi you are talking about will be put aside and nothing go happen. So don't downgrade people who know the reality on ground.

he didn't downgrade anybody he is just stating what is. I understand what u mean as nigeria is fantastically currupt nd despite the fact that PMB is using military tactics to rule there is still someting called due process. Like he said the NYSC is a scheme and has authority on its own. It is not like a programme that can be scrapped at any time, there are so many ppl and processes involved if and when that is to happen.
