nwarosa:My wife makes them, good alternative to Cassava based food. Blend oats in a into fine powder, boil water and gradually introduce oats, keep turning until it firms up. Quite easy and straight forward to prep.. 1 Like |

The way I make mine I soak the oats a bowl in some boiling water and cover the bowl for like 5-10 mins. Then I blend it and transfer straight to an oiled pot. Stir it under low heat until it's cooked. The soaking in hot water helps it cook faster and well. |
