Hello house, just wanna know maybe if i can be a graphics designer without been certificated in computer?But have the knowledge of computer, i mean browsing on laptop at home. i operate laptop very well on my laptop.

No,you can't be. You have to be more knowledgeable about your laptop use more than just browsing,best regards...

pls elaborate more cuz i wasnt at all farmiiar wi d pc wen i learnt my 1st programme.

The stark reality is it's better to be computer literate whether through self-training(how I learnt) or getting a diploma at a good computer training centre.
All am trying to say saves a lot of stress knowing more of how a laptop or computer works other than just some flimsy use. Users have no excuses when it comes to PC maintenance,being aware of their system configuration/specs,knowing how to navigate through the operating system and learning the basic computer appreciation. This saves a world of trouble moving forward. You can't be calling a system engineer every time for all issues or asking tips that's quite expensive*lol*some could be dealt with by the user honestly.
I know Rome wasn't built in a day but not being computer literate enough is just plain not advisable which has been a general case. Bill Gates' Windows OS is far simpler(that's why even ATMs use it) than Steve Jobs Macintosh OX that's why it's been more popular for over 22years plus.

It's only in Nigeria we want to ride a bicycle without wanting to know where the brake is. I gave my honest opinion about the need for basic computer appreciation.
