The Near Success Syndrome: How True Is It? by HitlerGaddafi(op): 2:09am On Jun 07, 2016
This is a hypothesis of you getting to the peak of something and everything just falls apart when you are almost there.
You've been waiting on an ATM queue for hours and just when it got to your turn, the machine read temporary unable to dispense cash.

You've been playing nairabet and the likes and just one game have always been spoiling your ticket which involves huge amount of money steadily.

An undergraduate who just one mark has been causing him problems right from time.

A graduate who get to the final laps of securing a job and everything just falls apart at the end.

When you thought you've finally found a girl that loves you but things just fall apart at the end.

Just when you thought you've won a bet on nairabet . Its 88' min and the team you gave straight win dey lead 2-0. Only to check final score and see 2-2 (90+1, 90'+ 2). cry

During my undergraduate days, I was broke as hell one day. I had to borrow 1k from a friend to at least get some food to eat. Got to the canteen and after eating my food, I found out that the 1 K was missing. How that happened still remains a mystery. The woman there made sure she embarrassed me and shouted at me ( You know how these Yoruba women bahave now). On top wetin? Just three fufu wey I chop embarassed. It took the help of a good Samaritan to save my skin that day.

grin. That last post about thinking you've won a bet only to check the final score is extremely hilarious.

However, mine is that I find it difficult finding true love. Every relationship I try to get into just crashes at the end. Its as if no woman just seems to like me. I'm not that bad in terms of looks. I'm also financially okay. The thing just tire me no be small. I go to parties and see people with their babes. All I do is just sit at a corner sipping my drink and observing. Some may even think I'm gay. I don't even have a girl to boast of. The thing don tire me o.

Religiom solves nothing, we all know that. . . everything we need to make our lives better or worse already exists undecided
The 'miracle' we need is recognising the solution to our problems. . .

Btw your moniker tho grin
One was a troubled artist whose beautiful paintings were rejected by society, a loner who never fit in anywhere (kind of like me grin ) who took his anger out on the whole world with his hateful agenda (something I'd never do lmao)
The other was a Tinubu-like thug grin who actually worked on what he thought was Africa's best interest and had plans to turn us into a global superpowers(which the west didn't like undecided ) and got killed by rebels backed by you-know-who
