You clearly don't understand what you are saying you are comparing CSS framework with a CMS, both Jommla and WordPress have Bootstrap bundled in them

no, am not making any comparison. am just saying it's best to be a "web developer" using bootstrap than a "template editor". kapisce?

you might want to try bootstrap... it's highly responsive and cool. bootstrap is the future of web development. no need for cms and IDE like Dreamweaver.
what is this one saying?

Bootstrap Joomla or Wordpress are good but the most important factors are the hosting source and how many years subscription, Yahoo and Google have paid till the year 2025 ! I don't use Nigerian hosting companies as they depend on their Lista to power servers and Diesel must always finish, PHCN erratic power supply unreliable. I use U.S based Internet Service Providers for my clients Websites are on 24 Hrs and are Hack free! Below are 10 out of 100 Websites I did recently

1. www.redstaroilandgas.com                Subsidiary Of M.R.S Oil And
Gas (Former Texaco PLC)

I will go with Joomla, Joomla is big and has the capability of holding more files and versatility.

Wordpress is easy with many different plugins. But sometimes those plugins developers do not update their plugins regularly which always opens up for vulnerability.

Wordpress is more vulnerabe to attack unlike joomla.

But all in all, They are both good platforms.

But you will code the front end using an IDE if you are referring to the bootstrap I know it's just a CSS framework. Is there another one that requires no html knowledge?
