To those attacking the OP, so the "river" abi na "fish pond" behind the secretariat aint their business but when this get worst and weaken the fence hope you all would remember the OP posted a pic when it could still be managed/rectified

The problem we have in 9ja is most people at the helm of affairs reason like you. If you have been in the Niger Delta region your brain would tell you that that pix was taken in a place under construction, otherwise it will have been filled with grasses

Thank u all 4 ur comments, 4 those not ok seeing me in the pics, so sorry about that. But this place has been abandoned since after the commissioning and those residing there are complaining of mosquitoes. I think the social media could also be a means to get things done properly.

I don't see anything wrong in that photo, he snapped himself outside the purported secretariat, the pool of water looks recent, even the ground was recently graded, the pole/pipe standing upright were recently put there, all these makes his background look like a work in progress. I'm going to vote this post nairaland's most unnecessary and shallowest post of all time.
