Chimdiebere:I can feel the passion In your short writeup But you failed to realize that the greatest enemy the ND have is themselves (their leaders and the stupid youths) If GEJ a man from The core of ND couldn't do any tangible thing to cleanup his home for 6 years....were the polluted lands temporarily clean during that period or where some pockets and palms greased then....let's not even talk of the governors and the traditional rulers I will only believe these avengers when they start blaming and holding all their past leaders responsible because those are the real people responsible for their plight in the first place |

siraj1402:Nice post. First and foremost, i empathize and i kinda support the idealogy behind these militant groups, until i realize that thwy are going about it the very wrong way of destroying their so called lands from OIL SPILL. I am from the SW but i really dont give a 4ucck because i dont even 4ukking live in Africa. Anyways, if i could speak to all these mikitants spiringing up everyday, I'd advise them to use their Militancy to stop the oil workers and oik companies from going to work by barricading thwir work environments, i wouldn't advocate for blowing up the pipelines because the anount of spillage that would occur would take decades to clean up and would have killed millions or people, plants and animals (sorry i just remembered human life has little value in that region)... But these foooooolish assss militants need to realize that they would end up sleeping on the beds they are currently making. To all the pro pipeline bombing supporters, y'all need to realize that these monkies blowing up pipeline would either die in thier struggle or get rich. The rich ones would not wanna live in an oik contaminated environment where their family members and themselves woykd fall sick, they woyld simply move to wrstern countries whom are always willing to accept rich folks. Wake up |

my question is why didn't they blow up pipelines during GEJ regime? why now?..or dey were so daft before nw..hmm?. The thing is they are doing themselves more harm Dan good. is their land n the blowing up z going to cause more problem sef...STILL WHY DID THEY WAIT UNTIL NOW WHEN THE OIL SEF NO DEY SELL AGAIN. . |

God is the one that made PMB president of this country, therefore, anyone that fights him must be ready to battled with God. |

Smart governments don't negotiate with terrorists. It will soon hit you like a ton of brick, Nigeria is still a part of the larger word and your emotional blackmail will remain at your door. Esso95: |

You are too dumb and stupidd to get it. If oil run Nigeria, the Fg would not be collecting taxes from foreign companies in the SW. And how does that even concern you? How much oil is found in your land, if you have any? Lagos and Ogun put more in the center that they take. It's those of you without oil in your backyard that talk more about oil The offshore oil is not yours. Iraq stealing Kuwait oil underground has taught us oil politics. You are too dumb to even know that you are the joke. What's intellectually sound about you when the most vocal among you are cowardly faceless militants who strike in the middle of the night. The Fg is just to let the world see you for who you are before unleashing the dragon on you. You are foolish people who if dropped with straw inside all the oil in the world, you will still not be able to do anything with it. Useless people who politics have helped handed you political goodwill you don't deserve, but still squandered it like the wretch heads you are. You are in the league of Boko haram and must be crushed. If you are fighting a worthy cause why not go through the path layed down by the UN so you can have your land and resources all to yourselves? Blow yourselves to smithereens, you are not going to have your resources, meagre or not to yourself and still share mine. Amberon11: |

Until you are able to move Lagos away from where it is, it will remain a wishful thinking on your part. Lagos is the sole work of Yoruba, and you ingrates met it beautiful. You can dream all you want. Lagos has always been a land of opportunity and sanctuary to you fleeing your regions. SW states minus Lagos still generate more that all your states, this has been posted here many times. Lagos is only cleaned of street hawkers and vendors when you leave, which is good for the environment. Let them be lazy in their land, prostitution, baby factory, drug peddling, robbery, kidnapping, gala hawking among others are not jobs you should be proud of. MrGerald: |

Useless? Yet my land is your London. Your tribe must be dead if Yoruba is useless. Can you tell us how your states are paying salaries? You are either covering up your inability to pay your salaries or Gej stashed up for you knowing the damage he did to Nigeria. One of your militants condition is to stop corruption charges on their leaders cos they know they have the biggest chunk of the missing money. NEVER again will slaves ever smell palace let alone be made king. You better work hard and get your country now or you will forever scream your heads out in dark alleys. Lastborn12: |

You can't give what you don't have. My Lagos has always been well developed before any of you ungrateful tramps came to overpopulate it. If you can't do it in your region, you can't do it anywhere. My Lagos is the ingenuity of the Yoruba, since your people only see in reverse, you will never give credit where it's due. We accept you as refugees fleeing your land, you should be grateful. Most of you don't even pay taxes so you don't contribute anything to Lagos/SW, you are completely useless in our region. Ratebuster: |

siraj1402:The bolded above, is the rudest shock l have ever seen! *Why would an Ibo person or a S/South person keep quiet while the Presidency of their "beloved party" is zoned to the North....AGAIN? *They are here shouting "marginalization". *The East has not produced a President, in my life time (and l am almost a grand father! )*The current President is a Northerner, yet the Ibos in PDP agreed that the next President from a PDP, should alos be a Northerner? How come that the PDP that you love, could not, for the sake of "One Love" zone the next presidency to the Ibos? Is this how much they value Ibos? IS this how much they love Ibos? Is this a "valuation" of the Ibos, in the eyes of their "heroes" in PDP? And even more astounding is the silence of Ibos and their "follow-enter-grave" romance with those who look down on them as not-fit to be President! You can bet that after Buhari's tenure, the APC MUST zone the Presidency to the YORUBAS (not even just South or South West). If you say "You are CHEAP, others would buy you CHEAPLY". Until the East sits themselves down and tell their selves the TRUTH.... they would just be playing second-class citizens till Jesus come. Bi'ku ile o'pani..... t'ode o'lepani! Lagos was not the only former capital. Lagos has things others don't, that's why the colonialists swore by it, and after decades off not being the capital, it's still commanding respect like no other place, Yoruba make all the difference. Though Ibadan is bigger and more developed than all your state capitals combined, as with all A-list developing nations, one true urban powerhouse goes a long way and all that is needed and Yoruba has Lagos, you patch-patch people have nothing. irunooboo:While I resist commenting on terror as I in no way support one; I, however, find it disturbing that you'll rebuke the agitation in the Niger Delta region because there's apparent peace in Lagos and Ondo who are supposed producers as well. Well, my advice is for you to wait the length of time that the Niger Deltans have waited without any answer. I don't recall Ken Sarowiwa taking up arms to convey his message, but we all know how he ended. I'm sure Lagosians are well-learned to avert the mistakes made by those in the Delta. But if they do, then I'm sure, it won't be long before they follow suit, as a prince will never be happy to scrub the floors in his own palace. The earlier we all stop dividing ourselves as citizens over religion, politics and ethnicity, the better. Our politicians are indebted to us as citizens whose votes have brought them to power. So, I wonder why we always want to defend their shortcomings. Simple if upon resumption of office, they realise they can no longer fulfill their campaign promises, the same that made us vote for them, then they should resign. You'll be shocked of how the next person taking up office will be sure to make viable promises. I stand for "One Nigeria" because I believe we're better as ONE BIG STRONG NATION. But I also think it's high time we developed this country called Nigeria regardless of the means. It hurts to read the huge sums of money stolen by successive governments, and one can't be that naive to think that the current government won't do the same. We mustn't learn from South Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. We're better off learning from the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, etc as these countries have ensured that their citizens benefit from their resources. Even the fundamental basic amenities, our leaders can't provide. That's why as usual I end with: whether na PDP or APC, GEJ or Buhari, Millitants or IPOB or Boko Haram, NAY my business coz all are either political or self-centred; I'll rather worry about being the next.... |

the fools bragging about firing missiles don't even have ordinary fire works. Hungry touts forming avengers. Nnamdi kanu deceived them on his useless propaganda radio that they are part of the old eastern region so they think by blowing pipe lines, they will join the igbos in the useless country called biafra
. They think Buhari is a chicken hearted man like GEJ who made militants billionaires at the detriment of the poor masses. Lazy bones. Oil was discovered in Lagos, ondo and no Yoruba indigene is forming militants. Instead we chose to be hard working and we hustle hard to eat from our efforts. Niger-Delta mentality of our Oyel is the reason for the emergence of lazy vagabonds depending on amnesty to survive. Even the governors of bayelsa and Rivers confirmed the laziness of their illiterate youths. They fail to realize that even though the oil is in their ancestral land, Nigerians own all the oil in the Niger delta as long as we remain one country. We will not allow any vagabond to hold the country to ransom
