Please go to Germany. Many schools are tuition free. Anywhere but Ukraine  |

sahm4u2nv:There are myriad of courses taught in English in Germany as long as you have money to cater for your living expenses. Tuition fee is almost free. Avail yourself of the database provided by daad.de/en and study-in.de to get a comprehensive list of programs available for your discipline |
