I'm about putting in for Msc in Ukraine due to the fact that the country run a less tuition fees
Pls, can you enlighten me on the things to know and put and put in place BEFORE embarking on this journey

Please go to Germany. Many schools are tuition free. Anywhere but Ukraine undecided

There are myriad of courses taught in English in Germany as long as you have money to cater for your living expenses. Tuition fee is almost free. Avail yourself of the database provided by daad.de/en and study-in.de to get a comprehensive list of programs available for your discipline
