This horrific incident happened in Uganda. An angry middle aged man was filmed viciously beating his wife and daughter in a village in the East African country. He started by beating his wife but turned to his daughter when she used a stone to hit him to get him to stop beating her mum. Every other person, including able-bodied men just stood there and watched as he attacked two women with a cutlass. How sad! See more photos below...
