Too many questions, I wish I can do this verbally, I hate typing, or better put "I'm too lazy to". did my interview today, felt I should share a little bit of what would help.
1- the CV template is simple, save and edit with your PC and sign after printing out.

2- the grade segment of the employment history is simply (e.g intern, nysc, grade 8 ,grade 9 etc) the grade 8,9,7 bla bla bla is for people that as worked in a reasonably well structured organization with grade structure, if not just write " graduate trainee".

3- try not to forget the CV template at home,(don't be like me, I had to print in Sunkanmi's office, that lady is bae tho). that's the only document you may likely be asked.

4- try not to go late, a lady was sent back home for coming late, I don't need to dwell on this, you know what to do, leave your house early (left mine by 5:30 am) . you don't have an excuse.

5- now to the main business... interview , interview , interview!... the longest interview duration was 5 minutes, so be smart, succinct, confident , and straight to the point.
6- know the bank (back , front and center) , I guess I was the only one she didn't ask any question about the bank, I gave the impression I know a lot about the bank, so she didn't border to test me on that.

7- engineering graduate et al , be ready to do a mini course defense, if you know what I mean. #winks

8- would have continued, my finger aches already, how do people type those long epistle .

finally pray for favour!, (no be by wetin you talk self)
Please what exactly is the question she asked you? If she dint ask you anything abt the bank

Hi guys,

Those of you who had your final interview today how was it How did it go What are we to expect and how did you go about the CV template.

Please i await your feedbacks

cc: olareed, okorojigs
you ought to have been sent a template before now and if not, inform them...and as per the interview, it went well..expect the following questions:

Tell me about ursef....Ur greatest achievement...give three key reasons for choosing access bank?...why did u study ur course?...and if the course doesn't relate with banking, they ask u why banking then?.. how do u fit in the banking firm considering ur academic background (if not bank related)? Tell us five Access bank awards OR the most recent access bank award (2015 euro money best flow house award). And for those with work experience, u may be asked about ur job functions.

All that comprises my personal experience and some other persons' feedbacks...

Hope it helps...All the best!

My template exceeded 3 pages and I don't also have professional certifications and management training. I deleted the blank tables in order not to draw attention to them.

My final interview comes up in exactly one week.

Nope, I completely erased the table and everything on professional certification and management training. It made space available for me to fill in other infos comfortably. Mine is a total of 4 pages.

For, those in the access person stage, please I recommend that you find trust worthy individuals that have money they don't intend touching because, you cannot really tell when the accounts would be verified, and if its less than 2 million naira your done for. Just a word of advice, congratulations on getting this far.
Re: Access Bank Calling For Aptitude Test (entry-level) (2014) by Nobody: 9:26pm On Jun 14, 2016
This is my longest post on this thread.
I was a part of the recruitment process from the beginning. I started in Abj with the aptitude test in which I scored 90% and 70% respectively in Maths and English. I scaled through to the final interview at Lagos after which I was told to get the 10 accounts. I failed to meet the target. So even though I performed excellently well during all the stages of the recruitment process, I am not in training school because I failed to get the 2 million. Therefore, my advice to anyone considering beginning or continuing this process is simple: if you know you can't get the two mill, just forget about working with Access Bank. The most painful part is that I lost the small 20k job I was doing because of travelling to partake in the test, so now I am back go square zero. If I had known, I wouldn't have bothered.
The good news is they just paid me my transport stipend today. But I would gladly forfeit it for a place in training school.

When did all these happen to you? Were you supposed to go with this previous batch of May 25th?

Were you asked to submit your account number for the stipend? What if it's not an Access bank account, hope that won't be a problem cos I was promises stipends also but my final interview is in a week's time. I thought they'd pay us before we leave the building?

Please, in a siutation where one deposits 200k and gets charged for atm card, Will that charge actually be an issue considering that it will reduce the value of the initial deposit?

Lets say the person, wants to deposit 50k, which is the minimum , you tell the person to pay in an extra like 4k, so that by the time any charges are removed, it would never go below 50k on each account. Its important meeting the 2million naira target and also important not letting the individual accounts fall below 50k, otherwise the account would be invalid, so what would be considered are the number of valid accounts you have, and if its less than 10, it means you did not meet up, furthermore for those opening accounts in other cities, ensure the individuals put the code on the account opening form, else you just helped another prayerful banker meet his/her target lol...Good luck everyone, your going to have so much fun in this part.

1.Please how long does it normally take to get those accounts verified?

2. Do you get a feedback as soon as those accounts are verified and you are deemed successful/unsuccessful?
