Do You Think The 'forbidden Fruit' In The Garden Of Eden Is A Metaphor For Sex? by Nobody: 9:59pm On Jun 14, 2016
The headline is my question. What if the supposed forbidden fruit is really a metaphor for sex?, since their 'eyes were open' afterward and they realized they were naked? huh I'm just asking.

no its not sex, how?; well remembere after God created Adam and Eve, he told them to be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.
now that was God's command to Adam and eve, so if the forbidden fruit was sex, God wouldn't have told them to do so..HOW CAN YOU MUITIPLY WITHOUT HAVING SEXhuh

They started 'knowing each other' ( and Adam knew his wife....) after they were banished. The bible did not mention that they were already having intercourse in the garden in order to be fruitful. And it would have if they did. So perhaps the forbidden fruit was their first time. undecided. Perhaps God was referring to the garden when he said be fruitful and multiply.
