You might be talking from experience, years back. At the moment, the first position as a full staff is E.A.

But why wait to be employed if the available jobs are few? Not everyone can be self employed though. Not everyone may have technical flair. But for anyone who can, in a space of time it takes to read and digest a complete guide book as well as continual review of the resource material , you can set up your own business.

Any resource that gives you the capacity to consult limitless times is great for you. A workshop or seminar is good but if not backed with an in depth resource, it doesn't help much. Our youths need to return to traditional book reading.

One highly valued and pricey gadget in the hands of billions of humans is the Mobile phone. A good technician can take home between minimum N5, 000 to N20, 000 or more daily as you grow. Its market demand as a service is unending. Both now and in the nearest future, most humans own and would own mobile phones more than a laptop or computer. User penetration is higher and that is money to be made.

There can never be enough technicians supporting a particular area, even an estate in a city! Why not be one - and classy, intelligent, well learned tech-support guy too. It's far better than a job that you wear tie to daily for a paltry N50k- 70k, a graduate! And this is prevalent in all Nigerian major cities;Abuja, Lagos, Port harcourt etc Some earn 30k!!! Graduates!! After how many years in school? You can start right at home, with a small capital as low as N10k! Why? The main capital is the knowledge + start-up tools. Some of the laptops young people own and use to watch films or play games or it's just cool to own one, can make them real cash if only they know how! It's all in this book.

Get the book, titled " Mobile Phones and Tablets Repairs : A Complete Guide for Beginners and Professionals " and I guarantee you are on the path to financial freedom.

Right now it's available on Amazon, Createspace (https://www.createspace.com/6165715) and other online stores. It would soon hit Nigerian bookstores.

Just c out your contract before u start tinkin of conversion. Number of years it takes before conversion is not fixed, therefore it can happen at any point in time to anyone they deem fit. Bear in mind that Pple that got into d system after u can be converted before you, buh it doesn't mean they've done some xtra ordinary tin, its just d way it is. I take it you ve earned your first sal pay, abeg take am easy o. No go dey blow upandan. peace

For those saying twa twa about banking jobs...
I would be specific to a point about the banks I know that I have worked with and those my friends have worked with.
At Keystone bank for an Entry, the pay is about 2.5Million per annum that's over 200k. For union bank, its about same amount.
Skye bank pays about 2M per annum and Wema about 2.7M annually... Mind you, these are permanent staffs who go through the regular banking school and all that.
As for contract staffs, the pay is between 50-80K depending on the outsourcing company.
Another thing is, its easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a contract staff to be converted to a permanent staff

Your comment makes me laugh. Access bank's pay is the best. E.T earns nothing less than 230k. Diamond bank is close, over 200k. Zenith and Gtb pays good as well. At Zenith, E.T is known as E.A, and as an E.A, u are entitled to an upfront payment of about 800k paid in january. The upfront payment is just a fraction of your salary for the whole year, accumulated. The higher you go, the bigger the pay. Plus lots of allowances and profit sharing at the end of the year. As a contract staff though, you are entitled to nothing (even medicals). PS: Those people earn a lot, what kills them is the fact that most of them live large and they dont really save for the rainy days. Plus, there is no job security as you can be fired at anytime. How do i know all this?. I'm a contract staff.
Are these gross before tax?

Finally, I have confirmed it myself. I actually didn't know that bankers earn this much in Nigeria. After comparing with other top courses like medicine and law, it seems banking and finance is the best in Nigeria.
