My dad asked me to make enquiries, he plans to move back to Nigeria, now the question is, he plans to buy a 4 bedroom+ 4 bathroom + house and plans to pay $3,700 monthly with a $40,000 down payment. Now I think that's a bit expensive as he makes roughly $200g annually and he's just 46.

How many sq ft is he likely to get and can I have pictures of how they look like. Also, any agents here?

You can get a kernel with that amount. Lol! Just kidding. You can get houses of that amount mostly in Abuja and some parts of Lagos like Lekki.

$670,000 somewhere around 200 million naira can buy a whole city in Nigeria huh

That's delusional. A property along a major road could cost over 600 million plus in some places. Op you can get houses like that in Abuja and Lagos but paying installmentally might not be feasible. They usually prefer outright payments.
