The footage is your right. if anybody withdraws money from your account via ATM without your consent.

You can demand to see the footage from any bank or request they refund your money.

You can report to CBN if they dnt provide the footage.

A friend who was a victim of this one chance thing told me what saved him.
First he has this account from diamond bank called HIDE account, the account has a high interest rate but no access to to a debit card.
He then has his main account where he receives all his money into, like salary and all, ones the money in the main account gets to a certain amount, he transfers the excess to the HIDE account.
So when he entered the one chance, they could not bleed him dry because of the way he set up his account.

There has been an increase in 'One Chance Robberies' in Lagos State. People disguise themselves as passengers in commercial buses and pick up unsuspecting passengers, then steal valuables, seize ATM cards and demand for the pin. Rather than let you go immediately, some of their gang members will hold you down until they withdraw all the cash they can from your bank account, and then later drop you off.

A twitter user shared these photos of a guy who is allegedly a member of a one chance robbery gang that robbed his wife around Ikeja. According to him, she boarded a bus going to Ojota at Agindingbi but was robbed and dropped off around Iju. He shared some screenshots taken from an ATM footage of the thief withdrawing from her account at a bank and another twitter user familiar with his face confirmed it, saying the man's gang once picked him up around Yaba last year and also robbed him. I keep wondering why banks can't put a defense mechanism in place on the use of debit cards...such as:

Allow people have a second pin in threatened situations such that when entered in the ATM it holds back the card or maybe it shuts down the account to avoid illegal transaction
