The pronunciation is better understood when try to say Howl but without the H.

NB: a cousin of mine wants to apply for NDDC hostel next session but somebody said its meant for only science students. Pls how true is this? And what's the criteria for getting space in that hostel. My cousin is a law student! Can anybody help with this info pls?

That is the elegant white faced common barn owl that is very common in Nigeria ..it is an excellent rodent destroyer ,infact it's so potent that if you have just two in your estate you will hardly see any snake or rat around...yet Nigerian undergraduates have killed them
